Frequently asked questions
A draft is one generated output document for a single game or event. Generating an article recap, a newsletter segment, and a social post for the same game counts as three drafts. Regenerating or editing an existing draft does not consume an additional draft.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Publisher and Press Corps plans support all sport types in our library: football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, volleyball, lacrosse, wrestling, track and field, and prep sports. Starter plans support up to three sport types of your choosing.
You upload 5 to 20 past articles from your outlet. PressBox analyzes structural patterns, sentence construction, terminology preferences, and regional references. It builds a profile used for every draft generated under that profile. You can refine it at any time by adding more sample articles.
Monthly plans have no contract and can be canceled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year; you can cancel renewal before the renewal date. We do not offer partial refunds on annual plans.
Your uploaded training articles and generated drafts are stored securely in your account and are not shared with other customers. You own all generated content. You can delete your data at any time from the account settings panel.
